Welcome to Scratch N Sniff Productions

Looking for Motocross Enthusiasts

Looking for riders interested in appearing on a BMX/MX television series for the local Raleigh Television Network (RTN). The show is called Motocross Connection and the goal of the show is to provide coverage of races and profile racers in the North Carolina area. We will also be interviewing track owners, businesses, providing tech tips, instructional videos, and much more.

The show will be shot in HD on Canon XH-A1s cameras. Aside from the show being seen on RTN, we will also have full episodes available online. Once we get a few episodes in the can we will have the airing schedule available. Till then all of the episodes will be available online as post production finishes.

I’m also looking for a rider/trainer interested in helping out with the instructional portion of the show. I want to cover beginner to advanced skills, and everything in between. It’s something I wish I had the skills to cover but I can’t seem to stop hurting myself. I may be able to do something along the lines of showing people how to ride like a goon. But that would be sad because it wouldn’t be on purpose. I would like to get someone that runs their own training camp or has an interested in doing so. Aside from the show we could also package a DVD/Bluray to offer your students.

If you, or know anyone, interested in participating with the show please shoot me an email or give me a call.

2009 AMA Endurocross Round 3 - Florence, SC

Written by Robbie Mitchell Wednesday, 16 September 2009 15:53

I tagged along with Charkie Huegel to Round 3 of the AMA Endurocross series in Florence, SC. It was Charkie's first time racing Endurocross and I wanted to capture it on film for the Motocross Connection TV show and for an upcoming DVD that SNS is putting together. I got a lot of good stuff on film and decided to make a short 4 minute video of various clips.

Check it out and let me know what you think.

AMA National Hare Scramble - Bear Valley, PA

Written by Robbie Mitchell Wednesday, 30 September 2009 05:00

I posted a new video today. It's some clips from the National Hare Scramble race in Bear Valley, PA on July 26, 2009.

I made the trip with Charkie Huegel from Greensboro, NC to Bear Valley, PA after he got off of work. This was my first time ever trying to capture an off-road race and it was definitely nothing like I expected it to be.

Thanks to Charkie for letting me tag along and stick a camera in his face all weekend.

Check out the video and let us know what you think.
